Mr. Blot became Chief Executive Officer of the Company in January 2006. He brings more than twenty years experience building consumer-focused services for companies in the media, technology and online markets. Most recently, Mr. Blot was Executive Vice President of Worldwide Business Development for Vivendi Universal Games. For the past 11 years, Mr. Blot has held executive management positions at Vivendi Universal Games, Flipside, Uproar, PrizePoint Entertainment (co-founder) and PointCast. Mr. Blot holds a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from the State University of New York at Utica.
Mr. Saunders launched Campusfood.com while at the University of Pennsylvania in 1997. He has served as Chief Executive Officer from inception through December 2005 and continues to play an integral role in the Company’s development in his capacity as President. Mr. Saunders holds a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania with a concentration in Computer Science.
Kenneth Cron has been Chairman of the Board since July 2004. Prior to that, Mr. Cron was most recently interim Chief Executive Officer and a director of Computer Associates International, Inc. Mr. Cron also serves as Chairman of Midway Games, Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Cron was Chief Executive Officer of Vivendi Universal Games, a global leader in the publishing of online, personal computer and console-based interactive entertainment and a division of Vivendi Universal, S.A. Mr. Cron also served as Chief Operating Officer of Vivendi Universal Entertainment. Mr. Cron holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from the University of Colorado.
Mark Brenner has been a director since July 2004. Mr. Brenner is currently vice-president of First Global Technology Corp., a privately held investment firm that invests primarily in start-up and early stage companies. Prior to joining First Global Technology Corp. he spent over 20 years in public accounting and was a partner in a regional accounting firm. Mr. Brenner is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a BS in accounting from Brooklyn College.
Sharon Dauk has been a director since July 2004. Ms. Dauk is a managing director of Dauk/Wagner Investments, LLC, a private investment firm she co-founded in 1994 that invests primarily in early-stage companies. Prior to that, Ms. Dauk held positions in the corporate finance departments of both Morgan Stanley and Smith Barney, specializing in mergers and acquisitions and real estate development. Ms. Dauk holds an M.B.A. from Cornell’s Johnson Graduate School of Management and a B.S. degree from the University of Southern California.
Stephen Garofalo has been a director since October 2004. Mr. Garofalo is a private investor and advises various early stage growth companies. Mr. Garofalo was the founder of Metromedia Fiber Network, Inc. a facilities-based provider of fiber optics communications infrastructure. He served as Chairman from its inception in 1993 until 2002, and Chief Executive Officer and President at various times from 1993 to 2002. From 1979 to 1993 Mr. Garofalo was President and Chief Executive Officer of F. Garofalo Electric Inc., a New York City based electrical contractor that completed in excess of $1 billion of construction projects throughout the New York metropolitan region.
Jed Schutz is a director of the Company and was the Company’s Chairman of the Board until July 2004. Mr. Schutz has 24 years of experience in managing small growth companies. Mr. Schutz holds a BS from Duke University and a graduate business certificate in finance and marketing from New York University.
